Location was perfect. Directly In front of a metro station that is on a perfect line (green line and goes through most touristic places) and it’s located next to Myeongdong which is perfect for night market and shopping and as well the hotel is directly connected to Lotte Mall which was very convenient. We had an issue with our airport transport on the first day and our luggage were dropped at the wrong hotel, we didn’t even need to communicate with the chauffeur company, the hotel took care of it and it arrived in minutes.

The location was a perfect distance to all our visit sights. The subway entrance is a short distance to the hotel and it was so easy getting to other location. The room was amazing. I loved everything about the room we stayed. The bathroom, the view, and the modern look of our room is amazing. Even in the staff was kind and the service is an A++. When I visit South Korea again, I will be staying here again.

I came back a week later and really appreciated that they kept my luggage in storage for us. They kindly upgraded our room again which really worked out as after having the upgraded room during first stay, it would have been sad to have a smaller room for our second stay. *Please read my first review for all my highlights

I absolutely love everything about this home away from home. Lotte Hotel Seoul is my absolute favorite hotel with so many amenities under one roof. The house keeping staff is impeccable and even thoughtful enough to put additional anti-slip pads next to each side of the bed so guests don't slip! That's exactly what happened to my elderly mother at another hotel and she wound up in the ER. Can't say enough how much I appreciate those details from Lotte. I would live at this hotel if I could!!!

The room was very comfortable and had a nice view onto the street. It was a good-sized room so we could both open our suitcases. The bed was amazing and the shower pressure was great. The location was useful for exploring Seoul. We loved the frozen waterfall near the lift area and the hotel itself was beautiful. Luna was so wonderful helping us to get a taxi early in the morning when we checked out!

The hotel was a great choice for our first time visit to Seoul as it was in a strategic location. I loved how it was connected to the Lotte Department Store and as well as the subway! The Staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also a nice experience with lots of varieties.

The hotel is located in a superb location and what I love about it is the shopping mall "Lotte" is connected from the basement where you can find plenty of food and supermarket and shops. The room is very comfortable for my sister and myself with 2 separate couch in front of our beds. The hotel is mega to us with a huge gym, a nice roof garden, a golf range, indoor pool, etc. and many restaurants to choose from. The hotel staff were also very helpful when we needed advice for our itinerary, very willing to check online and guide us. I would strongly recommend this hotel to those who like hassle-free trips and great accessibility to everything you need without even taking the subway.
